SHIPPING POLICY – VAYLO

1. Order Processing Time

All orders placed on our website are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
This time is required to verify, prepare, and package your order carefully.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During peak seasons or high demand periods (sales, promotions, campaigns), processing times may be slightly extended. If this happens, we will notify you by email.


2. Shipping Times

Once your order has been processed, the estimated delivery times are:

5 to 7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination country, carrier availability, customs, or external conditions beyond VAYLO’s control.


3. Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email including:

  • Your tracking number

  • A link to track your package in real time

  • Shipping details

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.


4. Shipping Destinations

VAYLO currently ships to:

  • Spain

  • United States

  • United Kingdom

  • Canada

  • Australia

  • New Zealand

  • Most of Europe (depending on carrier availability)

If your country does not appear at checkout, we do not currently ship to that location.


5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

If an order cannot be delivered due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Missing address details

  • Recipient unavailable

the package may be returned to us. In such cases, we can reship the order, but the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs.


6. Carrier Delays

VAYLO is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Customs

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Strikes

  • Holidays

  • Any circumstances beyond our control

However, we will always do our best to assist you if a problem occurs.


7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, some countries may apply customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees and are the customer’s responsibility.


8. Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you haven’t received it:

  1. Check with neighbors or your building concierge

  2. Verify the address provided at checkout

  3. Allow 24 additional hours (tracking may update early)
