Return Policy – VAYLO

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

You’re free to try GripLock™ normally. We only ask that the item is returned clean, undamaged, and with all components included. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at vayloinfo@gmail.com. We will provide the return address: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS].

Unless the product is defective or we made a mistake, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return label (if applicable) and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us within 72 hours of receiving it at vayloinfo@gmail.com, including photos of the product and the packaging.
We will evaluate the issue and provide a solution (replacement or refund).


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products heavily damaged due to misuse

  • Products returned in unhygienic or poor condition

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once your return is approved, simply place a new order for the desired item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you also have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.
The product must be returned in reasonable condition, clean, and with all components included.

This legal right is in addition to our commercial 30-day return policy.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within up to 10 business days.
Please note: your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
